By using our website, services, or registering as a buyer or seller, you agree to comply with the following policies and agreements. These terms are designed to protect both buyers and sellers and ensure a safe, reliable, and fair marketplace.

We collect: Personal Information (name, email, phone, address, payment details), Account Information (login, profile, transaction history), Usage Data (IP, browser, device info, pages visited), and Cookies/Tracking data.

We use your information to process orders, payments, and deliveries; secure accounts and verify identity; send updates, offers, and notifications; and comply with legal requirements.

We share information with service providers (payments, logistics, IT), legal authorities if required, and partners in case of business transfers.

Seller Agreement

Registration & Eligibility: Must be 18+ with accurate details. Morenixsc may approve or reject applications.
Products & Listings: Only legal/authentic items allowed. Counterfeits and unsafe products are prohibited. Sellers are responsible for listings and images.
Sales & Commissions: First 4 weeks commission-free, then 10% per sale (e.g., KSh 1,000 → KSh 100 commission).
Payments & Payouts: Payments collected securely by Morenixsc. Sellers paid Every two Weeks via mobile money/bank.
Delivery & Returns: Sellers must dispatch promptly. Returns follow the Return & Refund Policy.

Buyer Protection Policy

All transactions are secured. Only genuine products allowed. Payments held until order confirmed. Refunds for undelivered/fake products. Morenixsc mediates disputes fairly.

Exclusions: Buyer’s change of mind, post-delivery damage, or negligence (e.g., sharing login).

Return & Refund Policy

Eligible if item is defective, wrong, or misrepresented. Request within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused in original packaging. Refunds processed in 5–10 business days. Seller pays return shipping if at fault; buyer pays if it’s by choice. Exchanges allowed if stock is available.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Responsibility: Sellers prepare and dispatch; Morenixsc may use logistics partners.
Timelines: 2–5 business days (major towns), 5–10 (rural). May vary due to courier delays.
Costs: Based on size, weight, and destination; shown at checkout. Some sellers may offer free shipping.
Tracking: Provided where available.
Delivery Attempts: At least 2 attempts. Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees.
Inspection: Buyers should inspect items on delivery and report issues immediately.
International: Currently limited to Kenya (may expand later).
Delays & Liability: Morenixsc not responsible for courier delays or buyer unavailability; covered under Buyer Protection Policy.

Governing Law

Policies are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes resolved in Kenyan courts.
