Who Can Use Morenixsc?

Morenixsc is open to both individuals and businesses. To register, you must be at least 18 years old. Once registered, you can either shop as a buyer or list products as a seller. Currently, our services are available within our area of operation, with a focus on Eldoret and its surrounding regions.

3. Website Navigation Guide

Our platform has been designed with simple and intuitive icons to help you navigate easily:

Lorry Icon = Home
Clicking on this icon will always bring you back to the homepage. From here, you can explore featured products, browse through categories, and view current offers.
Basket Icon = Cart
This icon shows you all the items you have selected before checkout. You can review product quantities, remove items, or proceed to payment.
Sell Icon = Seller Registration
If you want to start selling on Morenixsc, use this icon to register as a vendor. It allows you to sign up, create a seller profile, and begin listing your products.
User (Me) Icon = Customer Account
This is your personal account area. Here you can update your profile information, view your order history, and adjust account settings.

4. For Buyers (Eldoret Only for Now)

4.1 Account Setup

To start shopping:

Go to Matrixsc.co.ke.
Click User(Me) Account Icon.
Enter your personal details (name, email, phone number, and password).
Verify your account using the instructions sent to your phone or email.

Once registered, you can log in and begin placing orders.

4.2 Placing an Order

Browse through categories or use the search bar to find products.
Select your desired item and click Add to Cart (Basket Icon).
Review your cart to confirm items.
Proceed to Checkout, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.

4.3 Payments

Morenixsc currently accepts payments through M-Pesa and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through our system to ensure buyer safety.

4.4 Delivery

Deliveries are available within Eldoret town and nearby areas. Depending on product availability and courier schedules, delivery may take anywhere between same-day and 3 business days. You will be notified once your order is dispatched.

4.5 Returns & Refunds

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, refunds are processed within a few business days. Refunds may be issued via your original payment method.

5. For Sellers (Eldoret Only for Now)

5.1 Becoming a Seller

Visit Matrixsc.co.ke.
Click the Sell Icon.
Register using your business information, including contact details and product categories.
Once approved, you can access your seller dashboard to start listing products.

5.2 Listing Products

Log in to your seller dashboard.
Go to Add Product.
Upload clear product photos, detailed descriptions, prices, and stock information.
Save and publish your product so it becomes visible to buyers.

5.3 Commissions & Fees

For the first 4 weeks, all sellers enjoy 0% commission (no charges).
After this grace period, Morenixsc applies a 10% commission on each successful sale.
Commissions are automatically deducted before sellers receive their payouts.

5.4 Order Management

Sellers are responsible for packaging and preparing their products quickly once an order is received. Deliveries are arranged either by the seller directly or with the assistance of Morenixsc’s logistics support team.

5.5 Payments to Sellers

All payments from buyers are collected by Morenixsc to ensure safety and accountability. After a successful delivery and confirmation by the buyer, the seller’s earnings (minus commission) are paid out via M-Pesa or bank transfer.

6. Policies & Protections

Buyer Protection Policy: Buyers are guaranteed genuine products. If an item is fake or undelivered, a refund will be issued.
Return & Refund Policy: Buyers can return items within 7 days if they are defective, damaged, or misrepresented.
Seller Policy: Sellers must list only authentic, legal, and safe products. Counterfeit or prohibited items are strictly disallowed.
Commission Policy: A 10% commission applies to all sales after the first 4 weeks.
Privacy Policy: User data is protected and never shared with third parties without authorization.

7. General Help

Forgot Password?
Go to the login page and click Forgot Password. You can reset your password using your registered email or phone number.
Updating Account Information
Log in, go to My Account → Settings, and update your personal details, shipping address, or contact information.
Deleting an Account
If you no longer wish to use Morenixsc, go to Account Settings → Delete Account, or contact customer support for assistance.
