Account Registration
Users must provide accurate details during registration and are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Morenixsc may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Use of Platform
Sellers may list products and buyers may purchase through the platform. Prohibited items include counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products under Kenyan law. Morenixsc may remove violating listings.

Commission & Fees
First 4 weeks: zero commission. Afterwards: 10% commission on all sales, deducted before payout. Commission rates may be updated with notice.

Payments
Payments must be made through approved gateways. Sellers receive payouts after deductions. Fraudulent transactions may result in cancellation and account suspension.

Shipping & Delivery
Sellers handle preparation and dispatch. Timelines vary by location/courier. Buyers should inspect items upon delivery. See Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds
Buyers may request returns/refunds per our Return & Refund Policy. Morenixsc may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.

Limitation of Liability
Morenixsc is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not liable for product quality, legality, or safety, nor for delays caused by sellers, buyers, or couriers.

Intellectual Property
All platform content (logo, design, features) belongs to Morenixsc. Users may not copy or distribute without permission.

Termination of Use
Morenixsc may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Users may also request account closure at any time.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
